As Ad Age’s 2018 Small Agency of the Year, Battery is quickly growing. We’re creating ad campaigns on a global scale with some of the world’s most dynamic clients including our recent Cannes Lion winning work called “Netflix is a Joke.” Everyone at Battery plays a vital role in bringing life to our creative ideas and that’s where you come in.
We are looking for a Senior Designer who will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing design solutions for award-winning Ad campaigns. The right member of our team will need to be a conceptual creative thinker with a wide range of design capabilities and experience.
As a Senior Designer at Battery you will:
-Collaborate with our Associate Creative Director and Executive Creative Director to create conceptual design solutions, which support brand strategy
-Be capable of designing and creating several pieces of content simultaneously, while in adherence to a deadline
-Manage scheduling and coordination of project deliverables with our Production Project Management team
-Report to our Executive Creative Director to conceptualize and complete projects.
-Be open to learning new styles, new formats and new software
-Have the ability to design both static and animated graphic assets
You’re a great fit for this position if you have:
-Extensive knowledge of typography, layout, color sense and the latest design tools including PhotoShop, Indesign, Sketch, and Illustrator
-A B.F.A. in Graphic Arts
-4+ years work experience in design at an ad agency, production studio or creative company
